SFERRA Giza 45 Luxe is made to order and is non-refundable. Lead time for final delivery is 6-8 weeks after the order has been placed. Due to all of our bedding being made in Italy, please note longer lead times during the standard August and December vacation and holiday closures. Orders must be confirmed by June 15th before the August full-month closure, or by November 15th in time for Christmas delivery.
No returns are permitted unless product is defective in materials or workmanship. Please reference our Shipping & Returns policy for more information.
